Vladimir Kusimov is the primary antagonist of the Half-Life: Opposing Force mod Nuclear Winter and is the mastermind behind a war in the United States in 2017. He is eventually killed by Adrian Shephard.
The character uses the G-Man model, although it is unknown if the characters are intended to be the same.
